There is no license here but here it is licensed under CC0. And also in the PERMISSIONS section, there is restriction about redistribution which doesn't make any sense for a CC0 content.
Now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense when I added that redistribution thingy. I tried to add that people shouldn't upload these asset packs, as is, to other game asset sites without crediting me, but then that defeats the purpose of public domain.
Since my work is pretty widespread already, I'll remove the redistribution note from the my itch assets here.
Also, there is a LICENSE.txt file in this pack. All my itch packs have this file.
Hi! Wanted to say, I really like these assets and I appreciate the fact that you are letting us freely use these. I already used your assets to create a simple game where you have to defeat 3 bosses to beat the game. The game was created purely to better my skills as a game developer, so from the bottom of my heart thank you and I hope you keep on keeping on :)!

This really nice stuff, thanks for sharing it. There are two different fonts, may I ask which fonts are they ?
They're hand-drawn letter graphics. There's no font file in this pack.
